Amana BC20HW Refrigerator not cooling right

I have a bottom freezer amana BC20HW that previously worked fine and now after moving the freezer works fine but the fridge section is not getting cold air through the damper. The damper is open and the compressor and fan are running in fact the bottom panel of the fridge will actually freeze food, yet no air through the damper. I had a repair guy tell me that the fan is not turning the correct way, yet I have never had the unit serviced and the motor is CW which indicates a clockwise motor. As I look front on at the fan blade, the blade itself is turning counterclockwise. Any help? How does the air actually get to the damper?
