Frigidaire side by side not cooling

My frigidaire
model# FFHS2311LBO is not cooling the temp gauge is flashing at four for the fridge and the freezer is set at 9 I have had to remove the ice holder as the ice is melting. as well the water dispenser is not working either
any help would be nice. Thank you
