Kenmore Electric Dryer Stopping Mid-cycle

We have a Kemore Electric Dryer (Model # 110.60612990). It starts fine and heats up, however it will turn off mid-cycle. If I try to turn it back on immediately, it will not start. If I let it cool down for a few minutes, it will restart. After it heats up again, it will turn off. I use the low heat setting cycle, but lately the temperature of the air seems to be higher than it should. I noticed on the parts listing for the dryer, there are 2 different thermostats listed. Would I need to replace the thermostat (250F, located near the heater box) or would I need to replace the thermostat (internal bias, found near the blower housing)?
Thank you, in advance, for your time and assistance.
