My landlord replaced a fridge that was not working with a used fridge from 1998. The used GE fridge he replaced it with makes a god awful noise about every 1/2 hour- it is an alarm type sound coming from underneath the fridge- I have heard this sound before- on some other type of appliance in the past - I just cannot place it- it is a fast, rapid, clicking alarm type sound. Any ideas?
