Kegerator conversion

I have a Kenmore refrigerator Model: 253.60722000 in my garage that I want to convert into a three tap kegerator. I would like to put the taps on the left side when facing the door. Does anyone know if there are any coolant lines on the side of this refrigerator? If so, where and/or how could I find out.
