Washing machine will fill, but when done filling and should start wash cycle, a loud humming sound comes from machine and no aggitation happens. Unable to drain the tub, same humming sound. Had a repairman here to diagnose problem--Coupler OK, Pump OK--Transmission OK--Lid switch 0K. Was told by repairman that it was the motor. Purchased brand new motor and installed. When I started washer, SAME PROBLEM! Please help! Can't afford to purchase any more expensive parts that can not be returned.
