Unit has 3 positions for wash on timer knob.Normal,delicate,and colors .It has a selector switch for load size(vertical slider)& 4 buttons for multi temp water wash/rinse. The machine fills washes on normal but when it comes to rinse,it fills and then stops× out leaving the water in the tub.It (CAN) be repositioned to delicate rinse/spin and it finishes off and runs fine.the color cycle does the same,it rinses/pumps out and spins out. Only in normal where it has been used most of the 14 years of operation,does it have this HICCUP.
I have changed the lid switch and installed the new (longer) plunger,new water pump due to trash lodged in the old one,locking it up from pumping out,and replaced the belt!
Every once in a while the timer knob can be giggled around and slowly ticked down,and it will kick on and finish the cycle .Leads me to believe its the timer.135$ into it and just unsure if the transmission will last another timer unit? which will be about 160$
