Whirlpool washer that spins slowly or doesn't spin at all

Hello I have a Whirlpool washer model lsq9544 that runs through all of the cycles and the clothes are still wet. I found that the machine does not spin or spins very slow.
I am not sure if i should purchase a new washer or just repair this one.
Any suggestions of what the problem may be?
