Bought used Model TFX27PRBA AA. Everything worked great except on the move I broke the light control switch on bottom of freezer door. So I replaced it now I cant get power to the door. Could it be the plug at top of door or please tell me what I can test or try. Thanks

If you are not getting power to the door then definitely check the plug at the top of the door. That is what supplies all the power to the dispenser.

Check to make sure none of the pins have popped out of the connector. If that is the case it will look like it is plugged in fine, but the wires are not making a connection properly. The switch at the bottom is not tied into the plug at the top.

Plug on the top is where you want to head.
