magic chef refrigerator mcbr1020w, is not cooling at all,

I replaced the defrost timer, made no difference. The freezer fan is working, but no cool air at all. The light bulb is not coming on (it works fine in other Ref.), what would control the light bulb and the cooling? Not sure if compressor is working, it gets warm, but I don't think it's humming.
