Maytag bottom freezer defrost hose plugged.

My Maytag bottom freezer has a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer, it also drains onto the floor everyday. I am not sure how to clear the plugged hose assuming this is the problem. Where is the condenser in this model? Thanks for the help.
