Electronic Ice maker stopped making ice. Power is on. Fozen water in ice maker. Sweep arm not moving, found sweep arm spring popped out of hole, arm returns to proper starting place under spring tension, but will not sweep.

If you have frozen water in the mold but the cubes are not coming out the ice maker mold may be defective. In that case replacing the whole ice maker will solve your no ice issue.

The ice maker mold is nearly the price of the entire ice maker. When the mold heater goes bad the ice cubes cannot be freed from the tray and the fingers cannot sweep them out and let them slide into the bucket.
