Kenmore 60 Series Washer - Won't spin or drain

It will not spin, nor will it drain. I've replaced the water pump, but no help.

You should be looking into the lid switch. That is the one part that will stop both of those functions from working.

Put a small screwdriver down into the hole where the lid switch actuator goes. You should hear a tiny click when the switch is depressed. Sometimes the lever on the switch will sag and the piece on the lid itself is not able to depress the switch far enough to tell the machine that the lid is closed. If the lid is not closed the machine will not spin or drain.

Let me know how you made out with that. I'm willing to bet that you will find or have found your problem there.
