The lock button is lite and I cannot start the dishwasher.
How do I turn the lock button off?

Hello,
Can you send me your model number and I can better assist you?

On most machines with the door lock option, you will simply have to push the lock button down for a few second and the keypad will unlock.

I would just go ahead and hold the lock button down for 3 to 5 seconds and that should release the lock.
