Hoover upside down fridge left off for two years - now doesn't turn on.

Hi! I'm new to fridge repairs, and I hope you can help me.

I left my Hoover upside down fridge/freezer in the garage fro the last two years, without turning it on. Now when I try to turn it on, nothing happens. There is no light on, no sound, and no cooling.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
