My frigidaire washing machine won't spin in wash cycle or spin cycle. It buzzes like it should be and does nothing. Before this happened, the machine was making noise and smelled like burnt rubber. At that time I shut the machine off. I checked the belt - still on, one shock is broken - Left side, and the timer seems to be working.
