hi there my machine is completely dead no power and unable to open door

The first thing you want to do is make sure the machine is getting power. Make sure the breaker isn't tripped to the washer.

If that's not the case make sure the cord is getting the power to the control board behind the control panel.

If you post the model number to your washer I can go into more detail.
